Haru
E-commerceGrowing the second-hand fashion industry could lower the impact on the planet, increase funding for charities and reduce costs for consumers. Haru was born out of this idea.
Co-founders, Jacques Hill and Sam Lynas, started selling second-hand clothing back in 2016. As they built relationships with charity shops, the idea grew into helping each charity sell their clothing and books online, ensuring they got the best price possible. The idea expanded to help clothing brands develop their own reuse service and reduce the amount of clothing going to landfill.
Today Haru offers a way for charities and brands to sell their quality second-hand clothing, while giving people a proper choice when it comes to sustainable fashion.
