Overview of the Post:  

The purpose of the role is the day to day running of the shop whilst motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to help achieve sales targets in order to maximise our contribution to Enable Ireland’s services.

You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results. Enjoy being on the shop floor whilst driving sales through great customer service and you will be motivated by working for a charity.

Overview of Duties & Responsibilities: 

•    Manage and develop the shop in the context of agreed work plan and financial targets.
•    Train, supervise and manage shop staff, both paid and voluntary.
•    Ensure the appearance of the shops internally and externally is attractive to customers and in line with brand standards.


Contract Type: This is a Permanent Full Time Contract

Salary: €29,900 per annum

Contract Hours: 40 hours per week.
