The Role
Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Shop Manager to join our charity shop in Mullingar. To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
- Management experience in a retail environment
- Trend awareness and commercial acumen
- Experience managing and motivating a team to achieve sales
- Permanent contract
- 35 hours per week
- Salary: €28,210.00 per annum plus performance related bonus
