We are currently looking to recruit a creative, self-motivated Shop Manager in our recently refurbished shop at Portlaoise. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and being part of an organisation that makes a difference in the local community.
This is an exciting time to work in Charity Retail, where we have a strong focus on contributing to a sustainable circular economy and help people in need using donated preloved clothing, furniture and bric-a-brac.
Should you be successful you will be part of a great team made up of fourteen shops in the West region and a Order fulfilment Centre, where stock is sorted and distributed on a bespoke basis to our retail units.
The ideal candidate will have solid retail experience and a proven track record in achieving targets by setting high standards.
Location: Portarlington, Co. Laois
Salary range: €37,557.50 per annum; pain monthly
Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing retail management role
