The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Charity Retail Shop Manager for our shop in Moyross, Co Limerick. This is a unique opportunity to work in an established shop in a close-knit area, with an organisation that makes a difference in the community.
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual who is customer and people centric, who will work closely with the Regional Retail Manager to grow our team of volunteers and work closely with our community scheme workers to enhance their skills with the goal to optimize people and sales so we can better serve the community. Our stores stock a range of items from fashion, to furniture and bric-a-brac, we have an central distribution centre, called a “Order Fulfilment Centre”, where our stock is sorted, this gives each manager the opportunity to choose items which best suit each shops customer’s needs.
The role of Charity Retail Shop Manager is largely autonomous, we encourage our managers to get to know their business, customers and community so we can better serve their needs.
