• Previous senior retail/team leader experience in a relevant retail environment

The Irish Deaf Society is recruiting for a Charity Shop Manager for our shop in Newbridge Co Kildare.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the shop. You will be
responsible for all aspects of the operation of the charity shop including motivating and
managing staff, recruiting and training volunteers, stock management and financial
reporting, you will drive sales through excellent customer service and have appreciation
and respect for Deaf culture and Irish Sign Language.

Job Purpose
