men and women including accessories, we also have bridal and occasion wear shops in the
boutiques. We have brand new wedding dresses and occasion wear at 70% of the original retail
price.

NCBI provides emotional support and practical rehabilitation training to over 7,000 adults and children
every year. 10% of individuals using NCBI services are completely blind , while 90% have varying
degrees of usable vision. Our services help individuals live independently in the community.
