For each award there will be a short list of 3 nominees – 1 winner and 2 runners up plus some highly commended awards. Once the judging was completed the short list will be published on 8th April. The winner will be revealed on Wednesday 24th April at our National Gathering Event in Portlaoise. Before the event the only people who know who the winners are the secretary and the judges, who are all sworn to secrecy.
As Mark Sweeney, Chair of CRI, said at a previous Awards Ceremony.
“We are here today to reward the people who make sure charities benefit from their retail operations. These are our managers, our volunteers and our shop teams. Without them, there is no charity retail in Ireland. We are here to recognise and to celebrate those people who make a difference.”
